Caterham 170S Review | The last great petrol sportscar?

The Caterham 170 is tiny, it really cannot be stressed enough. This tiny 450kg machine is the smallest car Caterham has ever made, and Caterham is a company known for making small cars.

This one has an even tinier 660cc Suzuki engine producing just 84PS and a minute 116Nm of torque, but since it weighs so little it can still reach 62mph in around seven seconds.

So is power really not that necessary? And is the smallest car that Caterham has ever made the best car that Caterham has ever made?
