Playstation 4 blinking blue light no signal

Ps4 blinking blue light I had it in safe mode, I reset back to factory settings, signed into account updated the system, went into the Playstation store and started to upload a few apps and a game. The screen went haywire and sent lines across the screen and went to no signal. Has anyone else had these problems?
