Hearts & Minds INSET (Overview) | Behaviour & Safety Training for Schools

Real behaviour change sticks when the whole staff team understands the “why” and feels part of the same mission. As part of *CPI’s 360° Behaviour Training Suite,* _Hearts & Minds INSET_ is a high-energy, interactive, whole-staff session designed to motivate and positively influence adults across the school, so consistency and culture improve together.

*Who it’s for:* all school staff: teachers, support staff, pastoral teams, and leadership, especially when you’re launching (or relaunching) a behaviour and culture approach.

*How it supports your school:* when change feels hard, buy-in is uneven, or accountability slips, this INSET helps bridge theory and accountability, strengthen consistency, and cultivate a culture of connection that supports sustained behaviour improvement.

*How it works:* a *half-day behaviour change project launch INSET (3.5 hours),* designed to be inclusive for all staff.
