HOW TO RUN BETTER FOR BEGINNERS

1. Eat well and stay hydrated.

2. Your footwear needs to have good cushioning, No holes with a good rubber sole.

3. Wear comfortable clothing.

4. Play some music.

5. Always spend time warming up

6. If you are new to running then start slow. Try short intervals with rest, then build up from there.

7. Once you are comfortable increase your speed, distance and maybe try more challenging terrain and hills.

8. Always cool down.

9. Nutrition and rest is important.

putting your trainers on is the hardest part to running.
