#07 - Reducing Information System Values: SVIS & MVIS Transformation [Arabic]

How do we prepare Single-Valued (SVIS) and Multi-Valued (MVIS) systems for reduction? This video covers the Reduction of Information System Values by converting standard attribute columns into a binary matrix format.

We will walk through the specific rules for transforming condition attributes with and without decision attributes:

The Binary Conversion Rules:
- Multi-Valued Attributes: Convert the column into a number of columns equal to its distinct values. If the value exists, it takes 1; otherwise, it takes 0.
- Two-Valued Attributes: Reduce to a single column where one value is 1 and the other is 0.
- Single-Valued Attributes: If an attribute has only one constant value across the system, we delete its column entirely.

This is a crash course in computational intelligence inspired by my professor at the university, Dr Tamer Medhat. This course is not professional, as I am making it to help my colleagues in their studies for the course in college.
