Re-attaching super knob behaviors to imported parts on Yamaha MONTAGE, MODX and E.S.P.

We begin by loading the Apollo performance parts into the CFX & Pad 2 performance, then go about reattaching the imported parts to the super knob, using scenes to control which parts the super knob controls.

Then, we bring in PWM Strings using E.S.P., and re-program its super knob assignments too.
