Our client- City of Henderson, the second largest city of Nevada was constantly faced with challenges such as lack of connectivity which led to interruptions in work, regression of manual processes, and limited use amongst field technicians. And difficult situations like this called for a different approach which was fulfilled by the EAM360 mobile app. After performing a fit GAP analysis, scrutiny of essential VS desirable requirements, and conducting vendor interviews- EAM360, powered by Maximo was chosen to implement COH’s implementation solution.

The collaboration of all our teams made tremendous progress in deploying the asset management solution using our technician application to increase usability, efficiency and optimize real-time data reporting for CMMS-related activities (via a solution that offered connected and disconnected features). The result was the elimination of creating manual paper copies of work orders, fewer interruptions to work and WO data entry in disconnected locations, improved mapping abilities, better accountability of safety plans, and much more.

We continue to evolve and improve the EAM solution through our storekeeper and manager applications for the City of Henderson.
