Emaar sold few of their Address properties over the past decade

A total of five iconic Dubai hotels are now rebranded by Abu Dhabi National Hotels. As of January 1 in 2024, the iconic hotels were rebranded and renamed.
Emaar sold few of their Address properties over the past decade. properties were sold for a lump sum of around Dh2.2 billion.
As part of the 2018 deal, ADNH entered into long-term management agreements with Emaar to continue operations under the Address and Vida brands.
