How to Get Through Sens Fortress - The Easy Way (No Glitch/Items/Story) From the Game Throne

I've seen a number of players over the in r/darksouls sub reddit posting "I'm going to give up" at the point of Sens Fortress. So I thought I'd create an easy to follow guide to get through Sens Fortress without much trouble.

I **strongly** recommend that you do it the normal way, explore and find some of the awesome items. Doing it this way you'll miss out on some of the better items in the game. However, if you're thinking "No, I'm done. I'll run through and come back later!" then this guide is for you.
This guide does not cover/include
- Defeating the boss
- Finding Items
- Completeting Storylines (There are at least 2!)
You do *not* need to have levelled up, you don't need anything other than a basic shield.
