Alexei Navalny’s mother ‘has seen’ her son’s body

The mother of the late Alexei Navalny says she has seen her son's body.

Lyudmila Navalnaya said the Russian government wants to bury her son in secret.

They allegedly have set conditions around ‘where, when and how’ the former opposition leader is buried.

It comes as Mr Navalny's wife Yulia and daughter Dasha have met with US President Joe Biden in San Francisco.

Following the meeting, the US President announced major new sanctions against Russia in response to the Russian opposition leader’s death.
