I have finally gotten into Breath of the Wild and I absolutely can't put it down- And there's a drink in this game I simply had to make: The Noble Pursuit

Nobel Pursuit:
In Blender
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Gerudo Syrup*
.25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Simple Syrup
60 g of frozen watermelon chunks
.75 oz. -or- 22 ml. lime juice
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Reposado Tequila (La Gritona)
~100g frozen coconut water
Pinch of salt
Blend
Pour into glass
Garnish with wedge of watermelon and sprig of mint

*Gerudo Syrup:
200 g Dragon Fruit Puree
200 ml. Water
400 g Organic Palm Sugar
Heat to a boil
Stir constantly
Strain into bottle
