Cacao Ceremony: Why & How I Start My Day with Chocolate

It’s official, I’m now on YouTube! As a chocoholic, it only makes sense that for my first YouTube video, I’m talking about one of my favourite things – chocolate!

I discuss how and why I start my day with a cacao ceremony, including the health benefits of cacao, and the differences between cacao and easily found dark chocolate. I’ll also show you my recipe, so you can easily make it yourself at home - and start including chocolate in your morning routine too!
