Dips and Tricks (Drags, Chugs, Jump Turns, Rag Doll) - Valencia, Spain

This is my second workshop in Valencia, Spain. We were featuring socially leadable dips and tricks. Always make sure you are "social floor" safe, take care of the follow and your weight, and if needed, call out the trick.

We featured a jumping barrel roll, swingout with inside turn into drags (or rag dolling the follow), texas tommy jump turn into between legs slide and chugs to exit, and a matrix dip.
