Hello all! 😊 Welcome to my channel! This video I am sharing my grocery day and meal prep! I am trying a new recipe book for my family and trying some new things! I really had a lot of fun with this video 😍😍

*Unfortunately I sprained a ligament in my knee shortly after this and had to wear a huge knee brace and use crutches for a whole week 😥😫😖 So I was unable to show you the finished meals as I was intending.... but I am planning on doing more of these 😊
