The CEO of Macquarie testifies at the Banking Royal Commission

[7.5] Nicholas Moore, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Group, is being questioned over the enforceable undertaking ASIC imposed on Macquarie in 2013 after it uncovered eight potential breaches of the Corporations Act by Macquarie Equities and a potential breach of its financial services licence, and what Macquarie did to fix it.

Testimony held during the seventh round of public hearings at the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, focusing on policy questions arising from the first six rounds.
