Train Loading Systems TLO, Handling Iron Ore on a Mining Site

Train Loading (tlo) systems from Schenck Process, provide accurate, high performing automated loading, for many applications, such as the loading of coal or Iron Ore in mining, as well as material handling in cement industries. These systems form part of MultiRail range.

Schenck Process Volumetric and Gravimetric (Batch) Train Loaders, are designed to load train wagons safely and efficiently, while maximising the use of the capacity in each wagon.

Bulk Train Loading is a solution that fully automates the emptiness and filling of train wagons, with precise level control, as well as train wagon positioning.

Shown in this animation is the feeding of Iron Ore, through three chutes, into a train wagon. The site is located in Carrajas, Brazil.

Schenck Process Train Loaders are easy to use with flexible options for loadout operations. Manually controlled and automated systems are available with the ability to control at local control stations or remotely (on or off site). High speeds and loading rates can be achieved while maintaining the ability to adapt to change.
