PHL Philadelphia Airport snow removal after quick and heavy snow storm

March 2018 quick and heavy snow storm shut down the Philadelphia International Airport. We were one of the first three aircraft to get in after the runways were cleared. The taxi ways weren't yet. Southwest got it's tires frozen to the taxiway while waiting.
