Washi Tape Background Technique and a Fluttering Fall Card Idea

Today, I shared a fun background technique using Washi Tape! This is a great way to use up some of the Washi Tape that's hiding in your drawer and it creates a beautiful backdrop for any card project. You can also cut strips of Masking Magic masking paper to do the same thing if you don't have any washi tape.
