Hey peeps so in this video I explain part of the process you need to go through to setup with freight brokers to get your truck rolling. Brokers need a few different things from carriers i.e. W-9 tax form, carrier agreement, proof of insurance or COI naming the broker as a holder, and your authority letter from the FMCSA. In this video I share my screen as I quickly utilize my commercial truck insurance agents online portal to issue my own certificates to brokers to cut down the time and hassle. When booking loads as a new authority time is essential.
