Cleaning the RV roof with Murphy Oil and a status update with Stacy * Full-time RV Living *

I'm Not Lost I'm RVing update! Stacy washes the roof of our Open Range travel trailer with Murphy Oil in preparation of an upcoming solar installation. Murphy Oil Soap is a cheap solution to washing the roof of any rv. According to the Open Range Forum, a soap with oil should be used for cleaning your rv roof. Stacy went with Murphy Oil Soap because it can be found at the Dollar General for a whopping $3.50. Of course you can always purchase the expensive rv roof cleaners at your local rv dealer, but why waste money when you don't have to?
