The chime barrel of Saint Modwens Burton Upon Trent at 4o'clock

The chime barrel which was installed in circa 1785, plays a melody at 9,12,4 and 6pm (so I believe) The barrel plays a different tune for each different day of the week and this makes 7 melodies in total. Most melodies are popular tunes from the 18th century.
Here the barrel is seen playing one of these tunes which is does repeat five times in total. In order to make a short video I only recorded it once.
The bells can be rung full circle and videos of this can be found on my channel.
The bells were retuned by Taylors in 1903.
