Disassemble Dornbracht Air Switch, Clean Air Switch

This is a quick video on how to disassemble a Dornbracht airswitch (for a garbage disposal) and to clean it out. You would do this if the button was not returning to the flush position after being pressed down. Over time, water residue and gunk build up inside and prevent the switch from returning flush, and it looks bad.
Apparently even the Dornbracht engineers did not know how to do this when I talked to them on the phone. In any case, after disassembly, the entire switch can be cleaned with vinegar and lubricated to function as normal.
