I've seem this kind of leggings for a long time but didn't feel like spending too much. You can also do this to your Jeggings or jeans. I've done it to my jeans and it also looks great. This project is super simple and affordable.

All you need is
Leggings (Jeggings or Jeans)
Fabric glue(I highly recommend using "Quick Stitch" but you can use any fabric glue)
Scissors
