COAHS at the 2011 UMAK Intramurals Cheerdance Competition

After facing stiff competition at the inaugural COAHS Week (which in the nostalgic sense will be Nurses Week 2010), the Crimson Stallions won the honor of representing the newly-named COAHS at the 2011 Umak Intramurals Cheerdance Competition.

Many obstacles however came along the way. First, the nine-minute long routine had to be cut to only three minutes, as per organizer's rules, and then came the untimely demise of our beloved dean proved to be emotionally draining for the cheerers. Nonetheless, these obstacles did not deter the squad from aspiring for gold.

And as a tribute to their late dean, the squad gave it their all, and despite minor mishaps, managed to clinch the victory for the third straight year, and this will be a big boost for the college towards a record-setting 7th straight year as Overall Champion (still to be determined).

Though there is still grief, it has been transformed into the drive to win--to make proud our late dean who has always been guiding us from above ever since he moved to a better place.

Again, the squad is under the supervision of our ever supportive trainer, Kristoffer Enriquez Roncesvalles... and I hope he won't stop making ones out of nobodies/somebodies/anybodies-- cause he is like the Pygmalion of cheerdancing! LOL Pepay you are the best and always will be!

...at for the detractor last time, sorry, wala siyang pinsan sa mga judges this year hahahaha.
