2023 Kawasaki ZX-10RR with FULL Titanium Spark Exhaust System

Today we have a dang near BRAND NEW ZX10rr in the shop for a custom dyno tune. This motorcycle already has a ton of goodies on it such as a FULL titanium spark exhaust system specific to the ZX10r platform, Sprint p08 air filter, EK 3d chain with the superlite sprockets and 520 conversion kit. This bike only has 620 miles. so this bike is basically brand new! In this video we go over a few extra things we do when it comes to motorcycle maintenance while the bike is at Proven Power Cycles and on the dyno. We always want to make sure the bike is completely ready to go once it leaves our shop. This motorcycle did have some kind of mail in ECU flash, but he current owner isn't sure what tune it is or where it came from. We can tell that it has a previous tune on the bike by looking at the dyno chart. You'll see in the video, the power curve is that of a tuned motorcycle and not a stock bike where it typically falls off with these zx10 motorcycles. Once we put a Proven Power Cycles base map into the ECU and fine tuning it on the dyno, we were able to pull out a TON of power!! The stock factory specs of the ZX10rr aren't super impressive, but after a custom dyno tune, we were able to pull out 188whp!!
