When you’re gluten free, traveling means researching every spot ahead of time and crossing your fingers it lives up to the hype… and y’all — El Tianguis in San Diego was a DREAM. I’d been eyeing this spot for months and it was SO worth the wait 😭🌮

This fully dedicated gluten-free taquito shop is literal heaven. I got the taquitos (crispy, flavorful, absolutely perfect) and the real star… their gluten free Churros. I haven’t had churros since going gluten free and these were warm, crisp, cinnamon-sugar magic.
