Something About You Bass Cover

I hope everyone has a Happy and Healthy New Year!

Over the years, I've gotten a lot of suggestions to cover some Level 42 and I finally got around to it. Just last month someone made the suggestion that inspired me to look a bit more closely into it (generally), which led me to learning this song a few weeks ago. And, just yesterday, someone suggested this song (specifically), which led me to uploading this video today. I don't think it's my finest work, but it will have to do. I hope someone finds some value in it.

"Something About You" by Level 42 off of their "World Machine" album which came out in 1985 and featured Mark King on bass (and vocals).

I'm playing the 2006 Ernie Ball MusicMan Stingray 5 through a SansAmp Para-Driver Ver. 1. Oh, and all that talk about the old Sterling that I used to have inspired me to buy one, which just arrived yesterday and boy are my fingers sore. I'm loving it and it's just as I remembered it. It's a '98 which would be around the same year, but Lynn (like this bass) prodded me to get a Red one instead of the HoneyBurst, which she thought was "drab". I'm working on an older David Bowie song with it at the moment and may try to do a few more "Bass Collection" videos this weekend.
