Think back to 2006. If someone had said your small shop would act like a media business, using social media, video and podcasts to show off your work, you might not have believed it. But look at what's happening. Your business is now always sharing content online.

Fast forward to now, and Daniel suggests that in ten years, data will be just as standard in running your business as social media is today. Even if you're small, understanding and using data will be essential.
