Two reports in JAMA detail findings from the CABANA trial, a randomized, open-label trial comparing the effects of drug therapy vs cardiac catheter ablation on a composite outcome of death, disabling stroke, serious bleeding, or cardiac arrest in patients with symptomatic atrial fibrillation.
