Arthur to move inland tonight, bringing flood risks and tornado threats to parts of the Southeast

Arthur will be a short-lived tropical storm, as it is expected to weaken as it makes landfall Wednesday night over the Texas-Louisiana state line.

The storm is expected to take an inland track northeast into the U.S., bringing severe weather, flooding threats, and the risk of tornadoes to parts of the Southeast.
