Practice Notes 48 | Modified Chopin Etude No. 4 w/ a Pentatonic Pattern

Today I took the offset four note pattern in Chopin's Etude Op. 10 No. 4 and used it to create an exercise using the major pentatonic scale. I also had fun using the middle pedal. Because this scale has a 3rd in it, the pattern I applied to it is confusing for the fingers since the intervals are not consistent between the hands. The four note pattern/grouping is very simple, but it becomes a bit more complex in this way. Try it out!
