How Doctor Strange Will Assemble The New Defenders

We’ve all seen the Avengers assemble in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but they’re far from the only team of comic book superheroes who have tried to keep the universe safe from the forces of evil. So far, Doctor Strange has been working mostly solo but it seems like he may have to step up protection of the earth, since he’ll be entering the “Multiverse of Madness” in his second film. Could he be a few steps away from forming up the Defenders during Phase Four? After all, he is acting Sorcerer Supreme at the moment and it’s only a matter of time before a villain even more powerful than the Mad Titan Thanos shows up to wreak havoc. Luckily, there are some interesting prospects coming down the pipeline including Blade, Ghost Rider, Namor the Sub Mariner, and Marc Spector aka the Moon Knight. If the Sorcerer Supreme wants to put a group together he has tons of qualified candidates so let’s take a look at some of them!
