My Natural Hair is DAMAGED (Relaxer or Big Chop?)

So my natural hair is damaged and I've got to make the decision whether to big chop, relax my hair or keep pushing through with my natural hair journey.
My hair always seemed to be dry during the time that I thought I was caring for it the most, protective styling. However, I learned the hard way when I wasn't moisturizing my hair during the protective styles and was left with the option of doing protein treatments trying to repair the damaged hair.
Is having relaxed hair even an option for me? Well, you're going to have to watch to find out.
