Dateline Philippines: A former Supreme Court spokesperson says that the House Committee on Justice has the option not to hear the impeachment complaint against Justice Marvic Leonen if it does not find any merit to the case. Attorney Theodore Te also believes pushing through with the proceedings may set a precedent that would impact not just Leonen but the entire Supreme Court.
