At only 29 Paul Thomas has been consistently turning out big tracks for big labels over the past couple of years, most notably Toolroom Records with 2008s Arena being a highlight of his production career.

Given control of the new Leaders of the New School compilation album, Paul delivered a 90 minute ride through the biggest tracks from the label of the same name. His latest release, Stars, is an exclusive taken from his mix album and sees him teaming up with his Dex in the City partner Myke Smith.

The original opens with a deep throbbing bassline and heavy layered stabs building a groove before Matts distorted spoken vocal drops entreating you to Close your eyes, we gonna ride the stars tonight. With an acid tinged synth line lifting the track into peaktime 4am rave territory this will undoubtedly rip main room dancefloors apart!
