This is the PEV Neptune Steam workshop blueprint for Space Engineers! A cool mobile base that uses wheels with rotors that create a really strange effect: like a boat sailing on a calm ocean. I go over this vehicles looks and feature then give you a tour of the interior then drive it around and test out the rotor wheels!
