Presto Flipside Waffle Maker: SEE UPDATE IN DESCRIPTION BOX

NOTE: This video is more communication than "waffle action". I describe my experience with my Flipside's sticking waffle plates and how the Presto company dealt with it--a review of Presto's customer service.
AS IS STATED IN MY UPDATE COMMENT BELOW, I NO LONGER OWN THIS WAFFLE MAKER. HOWEVER, JUST TO MAKE THIS POINT CLEAR.... DURING MY LENGTHY PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE PRESTO COMPANY, THEY REPEATEDLY INSTRUCTED ME TO BRUSH THE GRIDS WITH COOKING OIL USING A PASTRY BRUSH. I DID NOT DECIDE TO DO THIS STEP ON MY OWN BUT WAS FOLLOWING THEIR SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE TOOK PLACE IN 2016.
