1 avocado PANCAKES
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
1 bananas
1/2 avocado
2 eggs
In a blender, blend everything
Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with a drizzle of honey

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 cup wheat flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside.
combine flour, salt, and baking powder In a separate bowl. Pour wet mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly.
Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.

In a blender, blend everything besides the rasins.
Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, and place rasins on the pancake.
