WORST TILE JOB I'VE SEEN - Can We Save It?

I'm sure there are a lot of really bad tile jobs out there that are worse than this, but in my 20 years in the business this is the worst job that I have actually seen with my own eyes. This homeowner had found a tile installer on the Nextdoor app, which is an online job referral service. The installer even had some good reviews on there. But he totally botched this job, and the homeowner had to fire him before the job was complete.
Watch the video to see what went wrong; Schluter trim installed incorrectly, spot bonding tiles, use of penny tile on the Schluter foam pan, rough/chipped cuts, tile lippage, uneven tiles, and much more. Also, let's see if this installation can be repaired and saved.
