Minoo Mumtaz was born on 26 April 1942. She is a former Indian film actress. She is the sister of India's ace comedian Mehmood Ali. Minoo Mumtaz appeared in many Hindi films of the 1950s and 1960s, mostly as a dancer and character actress.
