Discovery Sailing Project 2021 | Matrix + Phoenix Explorers

As we join forces with the most skilled and talented members of the Phoenix explorer unit, we battle harsh conditions throughout the course of our trecherous adventure.

Having been greeted by the wet on Thursday night, we got comfy in our new home. Friday offered some condolences with some rays of sun, only to be contested by the Saturday storms. The race had been cut short by the weather, despite us brave warriors believing we could battle it out...

Then we got cold fingers and wanted to go home...

Having not had the chance to dress up as green men with Jonny's multitude of shades, we instead made a cake, which was all-round far better than team Disco's. We then proceeded to not so graciously give in to Disco's greater general knowledge in a quiz over the radio.

Everyone was glad on Sunday that we could put our waterproofs straight into storage, as they dried up in the morning. The weather soon showed us...
