#SimultallaHillStation
Simultala, popularly known as Mini Shimla, is known for its natural beauty and pleasant weather. According to Indian mythology, it is better known as the place of worship of the great saint Sri Rama Krishna Paramahamsa or Tapobhumi. Here during the winter, tourists visit the lush green gardens of Simultala, beautiful waterfalls and mountains. Swami Vivekananda has also visited here twice and has treated the climate here in his book. The great landscape and enchanting scenic beauty here will surprise you whenever you get time, especially during the winter season. .

Dedicated to Kali Devi, this temple is located in Malaypur village in Jamui district. This place is mainly known for a big fair organized every year from Deepawali to Chhath Puja, also known as Kali Mela.
Chandrashekhar Singh Museum
Established on 16 March 1983, the museum was named after former Bihar Chief Minister and well-known Congress party leader Chandrashekhar Singh. He was the Chief Minister of the Bar from 1983-85. Old stones and 178 valuable objects of great archaeological importance are stored in the museum. The museum is famous for its collection of Palaic artifacts. Viewers, researchers and scholars from all over the world come to see and study the palatial works collected here. Chandrasekhar Singh Museum Jamui exhibits stone sculptures from the 1st century AD to the 12th century AD, the oldest statue of which is the Yaksini statue from Nongarh, which is very attractive, made of red sandstone.
#JainTempleDharamshala
Located in Sikandra block, this Dharamshala is the largest dharamshala for Jain pilgrims. The huge temple of Lord Mahavira is located inside the dharamshala. The idol in this temple is more than 2,600 years old. This black stone statue weighs about 250 kg. It is located on the way to Kshatriya Kund Village, the birthplace of Lord Mahavira.
#Giddheshwarplace
Giddheshwar is a place in Khaira block of Jamui district where there is a temple of Lord Shiva which is said to be of Treta Yuga. An interesting story of this place is that while Ravana was taking Sita away to Lanka with him, there was a war between Giddharaj Jatayu and Ravana at this place. Moksha was attained. Shri Ram performed the last rites of Giddharaj Jatayu and made a Shiva lingam from his bhasma and worshiped him. It is said that the same Shivling is still installed in this temple. The natural beauty of Giddheshwar place is seen, along with mountains, trees, plants and ponds, you will also see many other temples here.

It stretches between Laxmipur in Jamui district and Kharagpur borders in Munger district. There are six hot springs at six different places around the mountainous region i.e.Bhimbandh, Rishi Kund, Rameshwar Kund, Shringi Rishi Kund, Hingania and Bharari Dhara. When he went out for exile after defeating the Kauravas, he had stayed here and built it for the security, the pioneer to build it was on Bhima, hence it was named Bhima. The Forest and Environment Department has also given it the status of a sanctuary due to many important wild creatures found in the said forest. This place is famous for animals as well as birds. During winter, birds migrate from Central Asia to Bhimbandh. There are other tourist places near the sanctuary, such as Rishikand, Panch Kumari, Rameshwar Kund, Kharagpur Lake, Shringri etc. There are also rest houses and tourist lodges for tourists staying in the forest which provide accommodation in the middle of the forest.

You can visit Minto Tower in other destinations. This tower was built in 1906-07 AD by Raja Maharaj Chandrachud Singh of Gidhaur princely state in honor of the arrival of Lord Minto before independence in the early 19th century. You can visit the Paneshwar Nath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located on the mountain of Patneshwar. Then one can visit the Maa Netula Temple located in Sikandra and the Durga Temple of Khaira, which have historical and mythological significance as well.
In the famous festival, Gidhaur festival celebrated in Dussehra here has its own identity, in which beautiful performances are given by the artists.
