The BEST Deviled Eggs {Our Family's Classic Recipe!}

Learn how to make the PERFECT creamy deviled eggs! This is the classic foolproof recipe my family has used for decades, complete with plenty of crispy bacon!

Creamy egg, salty crunchy dill pickles and crispy bacon make these a potluck staple that's perfect for Easter or Thanksgiving! It's also a fantastic simple recipe to make with the overwhelming amount of easter eggs that your kids made!

Ingredients

12 large hard boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼-½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 large dill pickle, finely diced
4 pieces cooked bacon, roughly chopped

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder, pickle juice, and pickles together in a bowl.
2️⃣ Peel eggs and cut in half with a sharp knife.
3️⃣ Separate egg yolks to a medium bowl and egg whites to a serving platter.
4️⃣ Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork. Add to the mayonnaise mixture.
5️⃣ Evenly disperse heaping spoonfuls of the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
6️⃣ Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with bacon and green onions.
Eat immediately or chill for several hours.
