We all want to look younger right? Well, most of us over 30 do! In this video I share with you thirteen things you can do that will help you take years off your appearance.

Of course skincare is #1, then of course there is being lucky and having good genes......some people choose to do Botox fillers(I haven't had botox in over a year and no filler in my lips for 18 months) and I think that's great! Hey, we all have to do what we think is best for ourselves. To each their own, right?
