Welcome to the ninth episode of my new series about women in tech! In this Thursday's episode, I talk with Caitlin Stanton, a recent graduate of Cornell University and current Masters student in electrical and computer engineering. She talks about what led her to pursue technology and ECE, as well as her previous internship experiences in software engineering, electrical engineering, and hardware engineering at Qualcomm, Microsoft, and Lyft. As a woman in tech she has been a part of various communities, participated in hackathons, and been an advocate for diversity in tech fields - she talks about changes that we can all implement at various levels of the tech pipeline process and how to address micro-aggressions.
