My take on the Warcraft III Public Test Realm 1.36.1 Patch Notes [Version 4]

This small patch did nerf moonwells, but not in the way I wanted at all. Now Night Elf is simply weaker for the whole game just from the moonwells (not to mention the other nerfs to NE, and buffs to HU/ORC/UD). I would have preferred a nerf just to the research cost of the Wellspring upgrade, rather than changing the actual mana regeneration values from wells.

Compared to previous PTR patch proposals, there isn't much new in this version. The couple reverted changes seem good, but the moonwell nerf seems bad. The lessened nerf to nerubian tower is probably fine, but I wouldn't have hated the stronger nerf as well. Overall, Night Elf is even weaker after this patch version, while the other races are as strong or stronger from the previous buffs still.
