HOW TO TEST YOURSELF AT HOME:
1. Find a standard chair and set a timer for 30 seconds.
2. Cross your arms completely over your chest (no hands allowed).
3. Count how many times you can stand up fully and sit back down before the timer goes off.

THE BIG SAFETY RULE: Drive straight down through your heels. If you have to thrust your chest forward or rock back and forth for momentum, your glutes and core canister aren't firing properly.

TARGET SCORE:
A goal of 12 to 15 clean, unassisted repetitions is standard for optimal independent movement and longevity as we age.
