Concrete mixing plant: Upgraded Compact-30

Concrete-mixing equipment manufactured by ZZBO holds a firm position in the building industry. ZZBO does not mark time, and it continuously upgrades the equipment. Compact-30 plant underwent thorough modernization
Upgraded Compact-30 concrete mixing plant is currently supplied with a frame of new design having increased rigidity. Therefore, the feeding width of the hoppers of inert materials was increased up to 3 meters, and now the total capacity of the hoppers amounts to 24 cubic meters. The key advantage of upgraded Compact-30 plant is its mobility upon installation. Erection of the plant takes less than three hours. The structure is mounted on the compacted soil or any rigid surface. No skip pit needs to be made in the ground.
Accuracy of batching is ensured by new BD-30 block equipped with Camozzi pneumatically operated dampers. Each cement and water dispenser is mounted on three high-accuracy CAS strain gauge transducers, and fitted with OLI vibrators to force cement falling. Water dispenser is fitted with a powerful CALPEDA drainage pump . The basic configuration also includes a dispenser of chemical additives made of stainless steel.
One of other improvements is building of ABAC compressor into the frame. This protects it from external factors.
The heart of COMPACT-30 concrete mixing plant is BP-2G-750s two-shaft concrete mixer which was thoroughly upgraded. Having preserved all advantages of the previous model, engineers improved its performance, namely:
- the skip is positioned at the right angle to the shafts which ensures uniform distribution of inert materials upon their dumping into the concrete mixer;
- now, the lining is made of 12 mm thick high-duty cast iron, and it survives 2-year warranty without replacement!
- spokes with a cam-type fastening for longitudinal adjustment of paddles on the shaft; the cam with five-fold safety margin made this unit absolutely maintenance-free;
- the paddles of new design and made of new alloys increased the service life and the mixing quality
Moreover, the gearboxes are now characterized by improved capacity and efficiency.
Work of the operator is comfortable and safe. The cabin is completely built into the plant frame, and no additional movements of the cabin are required upon installation. It is fitted with viewing windows for convenient control of operation of the entire plant. The operator starts the plant in accordance with the “single button” principle – one should choose a mix formula and amount of concrete, and push the Start button, while the automatic equipment will perform all other operations. The control panel is also modernized. Remote control of the plant operation via Wi-Fi is currently available. It also includes preparation and printing of waybills, as well as full archiving of all operations, and reports. And all that is already included in the basic configuration!
Sales of new COMPACT plants started in December 2015.
