From Independent Television's 'Lights Camera Location' series, the star of both big and small screens as a stunning location, is the seaside town of Scarborough.
In 1997 Scarborough was the setting for the block-buster movie 'Little Voice' in which many local people were invited to take part. The cast and film crew certainly made a lasting impression!
The nostalgic 1960s hospital drama 'The Royal' was filmed mainly on location on Scarborough's fashionable Esplanade, with many clips filmed within the town, around the South Bay and at local public houses.
