[Arknights CN] CC#3 Cinders Perma Map: Risk 33 with only Pot 1 on 6*s feat. W and Rosmontis

Finally did a max risk in CC with W in it! Took 6 hours of attempts in yesterday's stream. also should be the first(?) Risk 33 clear with only pot 1 on 6*s. This was taken from my stream VOD, so I sped up alot of the pauses and waiting plus using other soundtrack to replace in-game bgm. This is optimized from another dalao's strat to make it smoother for pot 1 only and also to use Cuora.

Risk Tags Taken:
- All [Sarkaz Grudger](The mage)s' Max HP increased by 100%, ATK increased by 80%, ignores 70% of target's Magic Resistance (Lv3)
- All [Sarkaz Lancer]s' HP increased by 80%, damage multiplier based off charging speed increased to 1000%, charging speed increased to 1.5x (Lv2)
- All [Sarkaz Magic Swordsman]'s Max HP increased by 80%, Attack Speed increased by 80, Defense increase by 80%, movement speed increased by 50 and Stand By duration reduced to 60 seconds(Lv3)
- All [Sarkaz Sentinel Leader]s' Movement Speed increased by 30%, buff to enemy units when alerted increased to 100% ATK and DEF (Lv3)
- All enemies' ATK increased by 75% (Lv3)
- All enemies' Max HP increased by 120% (Lv3)
- All allied units' ATK reduced by 30%, attack speed reduced by 30 (Lv3)
- All allied units' Max HP reduced by 50% (Lv3)
- Can only bring 10 operators (Lv1)
- 14 tiles on the map are banned (Lv3)
- Direction of 7 vents are changed and operators will gain -15% atk debuff even when placed perpendicular to the vents (Lv2)
- All enemies' DEF increased by 150 (Lv1)
- Defense seals become 1 (Lv1)
- Specialist operators' deployment cost tripled and redeployment time increased by 50% (Lv2)
